Tell Us What You Need
Provide your destination, approximate dates, group size, budget range, interests and any relevant requirements.
Receive Your Service Order
We define the scope of research, deliverables, timing and Service Fee in a written Service Order. All prices charged by Vibbe Works are stated in USD.
Pay The Service Fee
Services are generally paid 100% in advance. Where applicable, a separately identified refundable contractual Security Deposit may also be required.
Receive Your Research
We prepare and deliver the agreed research, recommendations and itinerary materials. You independently decide which options to use and contract directly with any third-party providers.
Independent providers
You Arrange Directly
Vibbe Works is an independent research, advisory and lifestyle concierge company.
We do not sell or operate the hotels, restaurants, transportation, events, activities or other third-party services that may appear in our recommendations.
When you decide to use a recommended provider:
- you review the provider's current price and availability;
- you review the provider's terms and conditions;
- you complete the purchase or provider arrangement directly;
- you pay the provider directly;
- your contract is with that provider.
Prices, availability, schedules and third-party terms may change after our research is completed.

Commercial terms
Service Fees
Each engagement is individually scoped.
The Service Fee is stated in the applicable Service Order and is payable in USD.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made 100% in advance before work begins.
Third-party costs are never included in the Vibbe Works Service Fee.
Customers independently pay hotels, restaurants, venues, transport providers, event organizers and other third-party providers.
Separate deposit
Refundable Security Deposit
Certain engagements may require a separate Refundable Security Deposit.
- It is separate from the Service Fee.
- It is not additional compensation for Vibbe Works services.
- It is not rent.
- It is not an accommodation deposit.
- It is not collected for any hotel, property owner, venue or other third-party provider.
- It is held solely as contractual security for obligations described in the applicable agreement.
Any unused balance is returned according to the terms of the applicable agreement. Any permitted deduction must be reasonable and documented.

The above is our contractual commercial cancellation policy and does not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
The Refundable Security Deposit is separate from the Service Fee and is not subject to the 50% / 0% cancellation schedule. It is returned unless an obligation secured by the deposit has already arisen.
Customer responsibility
Before You Go
Customers and participants are responsible for their own travel documentation, visas, insurance, health requirements and compliance with local laws.
We recommend obtaining appropriate travel, medical, cancellation, personal property and liability insurance where relevant.
Vibbe Works does not provide insurance or insurance advice.

No. We may research and recommend accommodation options, but customers independently contract with and pay the accommodation provider.
No. We may research relevant events and ticket sources, but the customer purchases tickets directly from the relevant provider or authorized platform.
We can research transportation and provider options. Customers independently select, contract with and pay the relevant provider.
You are paying for personalized research, itinerary design, comparison of options, recommendations and concierge advisory services.
All Vibbe Works Service Fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
No. Vibbe Works does not own, rent or provide accommodation to customers as part of its services.
Unless otherwise stated in the Service Order, the Service Fee is payable 100% in advance.
For certain engagements, a separate refundable contractual Security Deposit may be required. It is not part of the Service Fee and is governed by the applicable agreement.
Our standard commercial policy provides a 100% Service Fee refund for cancellation within 48 hours after payment; a 50% refund after 48 hours where more than 14 calendar days remain before the Scheduled Start Date; and no Service Fee refund where 14 calendar days or less remain. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.
